We are delighted to announce that this year marks the 4th competitive season for the Promontory Pointe Piranhas Swim team.  Our team goal is to provide our neighborhood youth, ages 4 –18, with a high-quality summer swim program that competes with over 20+ teams as part of the Maverick Summer Swim League.

 Weather update:  If it is raining kids can practice, but if it Thunders they must get out.  If it rains on a meet date- swimmers must drive to the event site, because it may not be raining at the event site, and if the team isn't present, then the team forfeits the meet.      

Swim Meets, Practice times, & Calendars:
Four regular swim meets and one league-wide championship meet will be held between June 6th and July 1st.  For meet schedule and pool locations, practice times, and May and June calendar of events. Meets must be declared in order to swim.

Wednesday June 6th 4:45pm - Promontory Pointe vs. Smithson Valley ( home meet)
Swimmer must arrive by 4:30pm.  Pre-meet practice for our team begins at 4:45pm.  Meet begins at 6pm.

June 30 or July 1st - Championship Meet held in University of the Incarnate Word Natatorium.              Directions: Take 281 South towards downtown San Antonio.  Take Hildebrandt exit and turn left at the stop light onto Hildebrandt.  Go over 281 and turn left at the first stop light into UIW campus.  Take an immediate left in parking area, follow around to right, and take left over the bridge.  Natatorium sits on the right and the Convocation Center (gym) will be straight in front of you.  Teams and parents go to the Convocation Center (gym) to find team and parent seating.  Do NOT go to Natatorium
Tuesday July 3rd: All Star Meet (eligible swimmers only)
